Upcoming Planned Roadwork for Northeast Missouri, March 11 - 22
HANNIBAL – The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.
All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.
Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.
Adair County
Missouri Route 3 – March 12 – 13, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Forgotten Trail to Crest Trail between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Audrain County
Route C – March 11, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 248 to CR 132 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route CC – March 12, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from west of CR 209 to east of CR 209 between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Missouri Route 151 – March 18, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 148 to Route M between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Missouri Route 151 – March 19, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 140 to CR 906 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Missouri Route 151 – March 21 – 22, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Missouri Route 22 to CR 128 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Knox County
Route V - March 20, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Fritz Place to Route V spur between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route V – March 21, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Entwine Place to Colony Woods Place between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route V – March 22, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Colony Woods Place to Route K between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Lincoln County
U.S. Route 61 (Southbound) – March 12 – 13, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from Route C to Route U between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.
Route U – March 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 61 (outer road) to John Creech Road between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Macon County
Route KK – March 11 - 14. CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Orchid Street to Nicollet Road between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
U.S. Route 63 (Northbound) – March 11 – 13, LANE RESTRICTION for signing operations from 0.5 miles north of Knoxville Road to Route M between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Route KK – March 15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Olympic Avenue in Macon County to CR 201 in Shelby County between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route KK – March 18 - 19, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Olympic Avenue in Macon County to CR 201 in Shelby County between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Missouri Route 129 – March 19, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Birch Street to Coyote Road between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Missouri Route 129 – March 20, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route WW to Armada Street between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Missouri Route 129 – March 21, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 36 to Armada Street between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route MM – March 20 - 21, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Nitengale Road to Ohio Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route MM – March 22, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Ohio Avenue to Musket Street between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Marion County
U.S. Route 24 (Eastbound) – March 4 - 13, LANE RESTRICTION for fiber optic repairs at the Mississippi River bridge from 1,200 feet east of CR 357 extending east 4,400 feet between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday.
U.S. Route 36 (Westbound) – March 13 - 14, LANE RESTRICTION for core drilling operations from Route EE to Route J between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. daily.
U.S. Route 36 – March 19 – 20, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from the Illinois state line to Harrison Hill between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Missouri Route 168 – March 11 – 12, CLOSED for brush cutting operations from Route JJ to CR 402 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Monroe County
Route AA – March 13, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from east of CR 831 to west of CR 835 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Pike County
Route U – March 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 61 (outer road) to CR 48 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route U – March 15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 36 to Cr 48 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Ralls County
Missouri Route 19 – March 7 – 14, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from 0.5 miles before to 0.5 miles after the bridge over U.S. Route 61 between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.
Route B – March 11 – 15, CLOSED for bridge maintenance from U.S. Route 61 to CR 107 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Route B – March 18 - 22, CLOSED for bridge maintenance from U.S. Route 61 to CR 107 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Schuyler County
Route V - March 11, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Hilliard Avenue to North Hickory Grove Lane between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route O - March 12-15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Sidwell Seed Lane to Germania Road between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Scotland County
Route D – March 18, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 605 to CR 309 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route D - March 19, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 307 to CR 601 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Shelby County
Route KK – March 15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Olympic Avenue in Macon County to CR 201 in Shelby County between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
