Upcoming Planned Roadwork for Northeast Missouri, March 4 - 15

HANNIBAL – The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.

All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.

Audrain County

Route C – March 12, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 248 to CR 132 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route CC – March 12, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from west of CR 209 to east of CR 209 between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Lincoln County

U.S. Route 61 (Northbound) – March 7, LANE RESTRICTION for clean-up following a recent traffic incident from 3,000 feet north of Missouri Route 47, continuing north for approximately 3,000 feet between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

U.S. Route 61 (Southbound) – March 12 – 13, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from Route C to Route U between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

Route U – March 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 61 (outer road) to John Creech Road between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Macon County

Route KK – March 6 - 7, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route K to Owl Street between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Route KK – March 8, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Orchid Street to Olympic Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route KK – March 11 - 12. CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Orchid Street to Olympic Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

U.S. Route 63 (Northbound) – March 11 – 13, LANE RESTRICTION for signing operations from 0.5 miles north of Knoxville Road to Route M between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Route KK – March 13, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Olympic Avenue in Macon County to CR 201 in Shelby County between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Marion County

Missouri Route 168 – March 4 – 5, CLOSED for brush cutting operations from U.S. Route 61 to CR 404 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Missouri Route 168 – March 6 - 8, CLOSED for brush cutting operations from CR 404 to CR 402 between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily.

U.S. Route 24 (Eastbound) – March 4 - 13, LANE RESTRICTION for fiber optic repairs at the Mississippi River bridge from 1,200 feet east of CR 357 extending east 4,400 feet between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday.

U.S. Route 36 (Westbound) – March 13 - 14, LANE RESTRICTION for core drilling operations from Route EE to Route J between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Missouri Route 168 – March 4 – 5, CLOSED for brush cutting operations from U.S. Route 61 to CR 404 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Missouri Route 168 – March 4 – 8, CLOSED for brush cutting operations from CR 404 to CR 402 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Missouri Route 168 – March 7 – 8, CLOSED for brush cutting operations from CR 402 to Route JJ between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Monroe County

Route AA – March 7, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from east of CR 831 to west of CR 835 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Pike County

Route U – March 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 61 (outer road) to CR 48 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route U – March 15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 36 to Cr 48 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Ralls County

Missouri Route 19 – March 7 – 14, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from 0.5 miles before to 0.5 miles after the bridge over U.S. Route 61 between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

Schuyler County

Route H – March 4, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route W to Gobber Run between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route P - March 5 - 7, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 63 to Woodys Drive between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Route V - March 8, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route D to Hilliard Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route V - March 11, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Hilliard Avenue to North Hickory Grove Lane between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route O - March 12-15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Sidwell Seed Lane to Germania Road between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Shelby County

Route J – March 4 – 8, CLOSED for core drilling operations from approximately 0.6 miles west of Route W between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily.

Route KK – March 13, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Olympic Avenue in Macon County to CR 201 in Shelby County between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route KK – March 14 - 15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 201 to Cr 207 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Warren County

Route M – March 4 – 7, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from 0.5 miles before to 0.5 miles after the bridge over U.S. Route 63 between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. daily.
