Phyllis Ann Ratliff February 25, 1947 - August 26, 2019

Phyllis Ann Ratliff, age 72, of Shelbina, Missouri, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, August 26, 2019, at the University of Missouri Hospital, in Columbia, Missouri.

Phyllis was born in Moberly, Missouri on February 25, 1947, the daughter of Madison Elwood and Dorothy Dean (Davidson) Walker. She was united in marriage to Clifford Ratliff on December 3, 1976 in Shelbina, Missouri. He survives.

Phyllis was a member of the Crooked Creek Baptist Church, Northeast Missouri Old Threshers, and the Prairie 4-H. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, crafting, decorating for Christmas, and spending time at the beach. She loved spending time with her family, and helping her family with day to day chores on the farm.

She is survived by her husband, Clifford; five children, Jamie Bickerman (Skip) of Shelbina, Missouri, Rhonda Newingham (Rick) of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Cliff Ratliff Jr. of Shelbina, Missouri, Nikki Williams (Jimmy) of Huntsville, Alabama, and Josh Ratliff (Melissa) of Shelbina, Missouri; 10 grandchildren, Cody, Austin, Kayla, Kyle, Gavin, Jonathan, Levi, Hannah, Maicyn, and Everett; 16 great grandchildren; and several kids she took in over the years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Dorita Donaldson; and one great grandchild, Tuff Turner.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 30, 2019, at 10 am at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina, Missouri. A visitation will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial will follow the funeral service at the Bacon Chapel Cemetery, north of Lentner, Missouri.
